The short version
We collect what we need to answer your question and run your booking, and nothing else. We don’t sell your details to anyone, and there are no advertising trackers on this site.
Just visiting
We count page visits so we know whether anyone is finding us. For each visit we record which page was viewed, which website sent you here if any, and whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer.
We do not record your name, your IP address, or anything that identifies your device. Two people on the same street look identical to us.
We also keep one small file in your browser that remembers how you first found us — for example “came from Facebook”. It holds no personal information and clears itself after two years. Clearing your browser data removes it sooner.
When you contact us
If you call, text, email or message us on Facebook, we keep what you send us so we can reply and remember the conversation.
When you book
To hold a date we need your name, email address, phone number, the event date, and where the event is. We ask how you heard about us, because word of mouth is otherwise invisible to a small business.
When you sign the rental agreement, the law that makes an online signature count requires us to record the name you typed, the date and time, your IP address and which browser you used, along with an exact copy of the agreement you saw. That record exists to protect both of us.
Paying
Card payments are handled by Stripe. The card form is Stripe’s own, even though it appears on our page, so your card number goes straight to Stripe and never reaches us. We never see it and we couldn’t store it if we wanted to.
What we keep is the amount, the date, and Stripe’s reference for the payment, so we know what you’ve paid and what’s still owed.
Your photos from the booth
Photos taken in the booth are handled by the booth’s own software, not by this website. This site never stores a single guest photo — it only keeps the link to your gallery so we can send it to you.
Who else is involved
How long we keep it
Booking and payment records stay with our business records, because tax and accounting rules require it. Visit counts are just numbers and are kept as history.
If you’d like to know what we hold about you, or want it deleted, ask us. We’ll tell you what there is and remove whatever we’re not required to keep.
Children
This website isn’t aimed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect their details through it.
Changes, and how to reach us
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about any of it: (405) 566-9282 or hello@poseandparty.com.
